On April 28, 2004, Gary Wilson performed at the Knitting Factory in New York City. This is the actual mannequin that he used in that performance. It was strapped onto his back, and remnants of the duct tape are still on it, as you can see.

This picture has the mannequin wearing sunglasses, which somehow seems appropriate.
